About me

A little about me: I grew up in NJ, where I went through grades 1-12. I finished school two weeks early to enter into a accelerated flight training program at my college (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University). I went to prom… partied like crazy (my friends and I had to take a taxi cab home from NYC at 430am because our limo had left us) went to sleep for a few hours and then woke up and drove to Florida to start schooling a few days later. In high school I played soccer, tennis, ran cross country. I was vice president of our ski club too. I was never really home on weekends because I was usually at my parent’s summer home in Pennsylvania. I worked summers (when I was old enough) at a summer camp that I attended as a kid. During college I usually worked part time. I changed majors from Aeronautical Science (flying) to Safety (accident investigation, OSHA, EPA, DOT legislation) my sophomore year. While in college I spent a month my junior and senior year in Greece visiting friends and having a blast ( I have a ton of pictures). If you can ever travel internationally, do it… and take me with you. :o) Right now I am probably relaxing in my chair, in front of my computer after a long day at work. I should be sipping a martini and making plans for the night. I am most likely making plans to visit colleges. I would like to think that I am not alone in wanting someone who is smart, funny, easy going and just fun to be around. I would say that sense of humor is very important, ranking right up there with intelligence. Being close to your family is right up there too.
