We will gladly and quickly refund any outstanding balance that you have and submit a credit to your credit card company. The credit will be calculated based on a pro rata basis, or based on the original term of the membership and the remaining days within the term. As an example, if you originally signed up for 6 months and cancelled your agreement after 3 months you will be credited for 3 months. We use a simple calculation to determine your refund amount. If you paid $80.00 for a 6 month membership and cancelled your membership after 3 months your credit card account will be credited for 3 months or $40.00. The refund policy is fully automated. You will find a cancellation link at the bottom of every page on our website. Merely click on the cancellation link and follow the instructions.
